Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We detect and honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals. We honor GPC for all users, regardless of location. A valid GPC signal is treated as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information.

For California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

This section applies solely to California residents and complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA).

1. Personal Information Collected

Within the last twelve (12) months, we have collected:

  • Identifiers: Name, address, IP address, email, phone number.
  • Commercial Information: Property ownership, project timeline.
  • Internet Activity: Browsing behavior, form interactions, and tracking certificates (TrustedForm/Jornaya).
  • Geolocation Data: Approximate location based on ZIP code.
  • AI Inputs: Text provided for diagnostic tools (processed via Zero Data Retention).

2. Sale or Sharing of Information

We "sell" or "share" information when we provide your project details to our Partner network for the purpose of getting you quotes or estimates.

Transparency: While this is a requested service, it meets the California legal definition of a "sale." You may opt-out at any time via our Do Not Sell My Info page.

3. Your Rights

  • Right to Know: Request disclosure of what data we have collected and how it is shared.
  • Right to Delete: Request deletion of your data (subject to TCPA/DNC legal retention).
  • Right to Correct: Request correction of inaccurate information.
  • Right to Opt-Out: Direct us to stop selling or sharing your info.
  • Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not penalize you for exercising these rights.

4. Verification Process & Security

To protect your privacy, we verify all requests. Verification Data Policy: Any information requested to verify your identity (such as email or phone number) is used only for that verification and is purged immediately after the request is fulfilled.

In the event of a data breach, we follow a strict notification protocol as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

5. Response Timing

We will acknowledge your request within 10 business days. We aim to fulfill all requests within 15 business days. If a complex request requires more time (up to 45 or 90 days), we will notify you in writing.

Other State and International Rights

We respect the privacy laws of all jurisdictions, including:

U.S. States (VA, CO, CT, UT, TX, OR)

We honor rights to access, delete, and opt-out of targeted advertising for residents of these states.

International (GDPR/UK-GDPR)

We support rights for EU/UK citizens, including the "Right to be Forgotten" and data portability.
