Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Last Updated: February 20, 2026

Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), and other state privacy laws, you have the right to opt-out of the "sale" or "sharing" of your personal information. LaneCortex LLC respects your privacy choices.

Global Privacy Control (GPC): If your browser or device sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We honor GPC for all users.

What Does "Sale" or "Sharing" Mean?

Under California law, a "sale" is defined as the disclosure of personal information to a third party for monetary or other valuable consideration. "Sharing" specifically refers to disclosing personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

We "sell" or "share" your personal information when we provide your contact details and project information to our Partner network of service providers, lead aggregators, and marketing partners who compensate us for these connections.

Note: Because our core service is connecting you with providers, opting out of "sale or sharing" means we will be unable to match you with quotes, estimates, or service providers from our partner network.

Categories of Personal Information Sold or Shared

We may sell or share the following categories of personal information:

  • Identifiers: Name, email, phone number, property address.
  • Commercial Information: Home ownership status, project timeline.
  • Internet Activity: Website interactions and form data.
  • Geolocation Data: Approximate location based on ZIP code.
